Arletti Hair Designs Salon Policies & Appointment Guidelines ✨ Thank you for choosing Arletti Hair Designs. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for every guest and allow our team to provide the highest level of service. ⸻ 💳 Appointment Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposit amounts vary based on the service selected and will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment. Accepted Payment Methods: * Cash * Zelle * Venmo * Credit Card Please note: Credit card payments are subject to applicable processing fees and taxes. ⸻ ✨ Hair Extensions Policy At Arletti Hair Designs, we exclusively install and maintain our premium in-house extension line: Be Fantastic European Hair Extensions To ensure the highest quality results and maintain our service standards, we do not install or service hair extensions from outside brands. ⸻ 🩷 Extension Storage Policy For clients who reuse their extensions, we provide professional removal, cleansing, and storage services. Extensions removed and maintained by our team will be stored for up to 12 months from the removal date. Extensions left beyond 12 months without a scheduled maintenance appointment or prior arrangement may be discarded. ⸻ 📅 Appointment Changes & Cancellations We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Providing adequate notice allows us to accommodate other clients and helps maintain our scheduling availability. Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit toward a future appointment. ⸻ 🚫 No-Call / No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service total. Future appointments may require increased deposits or full prepayment. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrival Policy We understand that unexpected delays happen. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals within this timeframe will incur a $25 late fee.
